MIX 20/20: Your Next Job is in Your Hands

Our union and its members are fortunate that the vast majority of our members are working right now. We all understand that the economy is not always labor-friendly and future recessions are inevitable. That is why it is so important for our members to know how to actively use the MIX 20/20 system. Council Representatives use the referral list from MIX 20/20 to determine who is out of work. If you do not call 1-800-735-1829, your local’s council representatives will not know you are out of work and another member will be placed.

Scholarship

We believe in the power of education to transform lives.

Education is what sets union carpenters apart from the rest. Our support of education regardless of what form it takes is an integral part of our union values. The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters Scholarship Fund was created to help union families with paying for college education for their children. Though originally introduced in 1996 in New Jersey, this scholarship is now available to all members throughout our entire jurisdiction. Since its inception over 400 scholarships have been awarded, totaling up to well over $2.5 million.
